Lemuel studied architecture in CUHK, Hong Kong. He graduated in 2000 and began his design career in Anthony Ng Architects Ltd. as an architectural designer. He then joined Ronald Lu and Partners (Hong Kong) Limited as an architect in 2003. Since then, he held a lead design position with a group of professionals and was appointed as a Director in 2015. His design experience encompasses largely on comprehensive residential development topped with commer­cial design, hospitality design and cultural projects in Hong Kong. He distinguishes himself with many award-winning designs. His working experience with different foreign design architects like FOG, SOM and Snohetta also broaden his design vision and perspectives. His latest Bird Hide design at Long Valley was selected as one of the curated exhibits for the “Meta/Physical: Boundaries” exhibition organized by HKIA at London Architecture Festival 2019.

Ivan graduated from the Master of Architecture at CUHK in 2004. He acquired his professional qualification in 2007. He is also a LEED®️ AP. He has over 15 years of project experience in architectural design and project management. He has been involved in large scale master planning and design for various comprehensive commercial, residential and institutional developments for both public and private sector in Hong Kong and in mainland China. He also worked in collaboration with international top design firm on prestige Grade-A office development in Central. His sensitive understanding on client/user's needs, collaborating mindset with experts from different aspects and skillful handling of building integration materials and details have earned him many compliments on his completed projects.

Graduated from the Master of Architecture at CUHK in 2004, Philip started his career in a modest design office. He then joined Ronald Lu and Partners (Hong Kong) Limited as an architect in 2008. He has a distinguished ability to work on meticulous design integration. Over the past 12 years, he participated in different comprehensive residential developments from low-rise houses to high-rise towers, including the prestige development in 18 Stubbs Road, Victoria Harbour in North Point, Larvotto in Ap Lei Chau, Valais in Kwu Tung and Forest Hill in GZ PRC. His solid experiences equip him with practical knowledge to manage different project stages from early design stage, design development, design implementation to project administration and statutory submission.

Ivan graduated from the Master of Architecture at the University of Kansas,USA, in 2009. After graduation, he joined Atelier Jean Nouvel in France and LaguardaLow Architects in US, where he gain wide design exposure and acquired solid design experience on mixed-use developments and retail malls across the globe. He joined Ronald Lu and Partners (Hong Kong) Limited as an Architect in 2012. Since then, he has been playing a key design role for various projects including “Victoria Harbour” in North Point, Kwun Tong Recreation Ground, Hung Shui Kiu New Development Area Planning, and Tseung Kwan O joint-user Government Offices. With his practical knowledge in different project stages as well as collaboration with different disciplines, he is skillful in implementing innovative design ideas into actual construction.

Allen graduated from Master of Architecture at Hong Kong University in 2014. He later acquired his professional qualification in 2016. He joined a local firm after graduation. Since then, he has been the Architect and key design coordinator in the construction of a high-profile comprehensive development including residential, recreational facilities, retail and GIC components. He joined theOOQ in 2020 summer and is now a young associate in this office.
