The project is Phase 2A Tower of a comprehensive residential project at Sai Sha, now approaching completion after four years of dedicated effort.

Honestly, we architects don’t build design. We collaborate with contractors.

Communicating with contractors is an act of “art”. And we have to keep performing this as long as we need to realise the design, physically. Bit by bit, and it’s been 4 years.

Here our Director, Philip CHAN, was conducting regular site inspection discussing with contractors the progress and interfaces here and there at one of the residential developments OOQ has been working on, revisiting what’d been communicated with drawings.

Always find it “brutal” at site during construction.
