The 2-storey retail abutting the Public Open Space and Sai Sha Road also marks one of the development entrances, which is directly opposite to the nearby development, Go Park. Tenants will include an Elderly Medical Centre, a SuperMarket, a Kindergarten, other F&B and many retails. The retail is accessible from the transport interchange. We also include the TI to maintain a coherent elevation design.


The retail is sitting under one of the residential towers. The landscaped roof, partly serving the kindergarten and partly serving the residential area connecting with the Clubhouse under tower plate. At Ground level, the design opens up a pedestrian passage linking TI and POS. At podium level, it connects to the larger residential podium with a footbridge over traffic. Elevator is provided for necessary circulation between levels, including kindergarten at podium and cyclist to basement parking. The pedestrian-friendly retail design will be a daily commercial node and an event space for the Community of this comprehensive development.
