Architectural Design (full scopes except for statutory submission) + BIM

OOQ was appointed as the Design Architect for the design of 9 nos. of residential towers for this comprehensive development. The towers are sitting directly on a landscaped podium, above a basement carpark. Our scope covers the tower layout, elevation and lobby design. The towers are in 3 clusters (4+3+2), in 3 sub-phases, and in stepping height as per planning approval. They provide XXX nos. of units. The project is fully implemented in BIM, from schematic design, tender documentation to site coordination.

The Towers will soon be completed by phases starting from Q3 2026.
