theOOQ was asked to design a detached clubhouse function to activate the grand landscape.

A cluster of Director Houses abutting waterscape were proposed. The detached houses  sit in the open landscape, in a row of cluster form, in 2 sizes, namely XXX and XXX. The simple, uniformed and bold design with slanted metal roof reinforces the horizontal nature of the single storey structure, echoing with the open landscape and creates a perfect backdrop to the waterscape. The program activates the surrounding grand lawn as a public domain within the residential development in the central landscape of the Maser Landscape Plan.

The design collaborates with One Plus Design and RRIA interior design. The design is soon to be completed in Q1 2025.
