OOQ took up the design consultancy for this pool-side amenity, from inception to completion.

The amenity is modest in scale. It serves as supporting facilities to the water facilities of Residential Clubhouse, providing lavatory, shower and lockers. The design aims to create a structure that blends into the landscape design. The simple program and supporting nature allows us to explore a low-carbon design solution. The proposed design is 100% natural ventilated. It’s a showcase of sustainable design solutions. The project will be completed in Q1 2025.
