Architectural Design (full scopes except for statutory submission)

Total residential GFA: 1,500,000 s.f., 10 nos. of tower

As design architect, we work with a project AP, separately appointed by client. Our scope covers tower unit layout design, tower elevation design, transfer plate, lobby and adjacent areas and its design coordination. The project is fully implemented with Design BIM from schematic design to construction stage. 

The design over-lays interweaving sculptural and curvilinear WHITE feature cladding at balcony and spandrel on blue-GRAY balcony and spandrel in a gradation pattern. It gives the elevation a dynamic gradation in the context of a mountainous backdrop at Sai Sha.
