Phase 1 Clubhouse design at Sai Sha TPTL no.157, Site B, Hong Kong, 2019-present, is part of a large-scale composite residential development of total Clubhouse GFA over 180,000 sf. The design celebrates pool_scape, landscape and natural environment. The project is fully implemented with BIM. The project is targeted to be completed in late 2024.
