Architectural Design (full scopes except for statutory submission) + BIM

Phase 2 Clubhouse design at Sai Sha TPTL no.157, Site B, Hong Kong, 2021-present, is part of the master plan. It occupies over 300,000 s.f. Clubhouse GFA, 

distributed across 2 storey. It accommodates Gym, Co-work, Function Room, Children Play, Library, F&B, Indoor Swimming Pool, Indoor Ballcourt outdoor  swimming pool  and many other functions. The design bridges the open space of 2 landscape levels. Together with Phase 1 Clubhouse, it forms a big water-world. The project is fully implemented with BIM. The project is targeted to be completed in late 2026.
